We JUST got one in M13.
Has ANYONE ever said "Oh, I need more wind drakes! I wish this set had Wind Drakes." No! No one has EVER wanted to see another God*** ***ing Wind Drke!

2/2 Flying for 3's really not as bad as people say. Not great, but still a decent turn 3 creature.
Also pretty cool how it shows that, although Ravnica's a big city and not much else, it's still got weather, something that's easy to forget.

It may have been around recently, but when a set needs a mid-range flier in limited, well Wind Drake is as good as anything. So yeah, no one is going to be amazed, but cards like this are needed.
