Demonic Tutor first. Then search Panoptic Mirror. Then play Archaeomancer and bring back Demonic Tutor and then you'll be able to search for a card each turn.

this card is over powered in commander with Beseech the Queen , Venser, the Sojourner , Conjurer's Closet and a counter spell
play one Beseech the Queen for Venser then play Archaeomancer getting Beseech the queen and cast it for Closet play closet bounce Archaeomancer with venser for Beseech the queen and and then again for you counter spell with closest.
next turn you have a Tutor that goes back to your hand and a counter that goes back to your hand
play for tutor are Chromatic lantern and crypt ghast

this with followed footsteps in any good Riku EDH gets out of hand quickly. Why use flashbsck via Snapcaster and lose the card for the game?
Toss paradox haze into the mix to further break the game
