Less than a 4 rating, are you kidding me? This is almost the perfect blue heroic card.
Opponent about to exile Thassa and your triton fortune hunters who attacked last turn with Curse of the Swine because you just got 5 devotion? Use this to untap your tritons and use retraction helix with one of your tritons to bounce the other back to safety and save Thassa. Oh and you also got to draw 3 cards. I swung for game next turn thanks to the Spear of Heliod I drew into.
This card is nuts.

Amazing utility for an instant that requires just a single open Island. Whether they choose to block or choose to attack afterward, this'll have the same result regarding the overall openness of the opponent.
