Three very relevant abilities with a very reasonable equip cost. I wouldn't mind opening a few of these at pre-release.

Equip cost of 1 makes the Haste relevant. The other two abilities justify the cmc 3. Very nice aggressive piece of equipment.

Not bad for first strike, haste and trample and it only cost 1 to equip, which is
easy to switch target creature for defense and attacks.
It's a 4 star card, but it's too expensive to cast it with 3 mana to be a 5 star card -
great in limited play.

Charoit of Victory, Godsend and Darksteel Plate can work together to form a psuedo Kaldra.
