keep some sort of land-creature beside it to make sure you can make creatures after wrath and its a good card.

My favorite Rainbow Land, no question at all.
I seriously can't believe they printed this card...
it just goes to show that quality cards didn't stop at Revised.
Any t1 deck with moxen should be running 4 of these, no question,
and possibly a Darksteel Citadel or four.

Also in a pinch you can drop it, get the mana, and sacrifice at end of turn.
