It'd be fun to make a deck that runs the 36 of these cards that you remove if you aren't playing for anti. Then, toss in a playset of Gitaxian Probe and a playset of Street Sweeper to get down another 8 cards. Add 10 islands, two Laboratory Maniac, two Shuko, and two Cephalid Illusionist. As soon as you get Cephalid, Shuko, and Lab into play, you can toss Shuko back and forth and mill yourself out. Once you get down to zero cards, pay the life for a Gitaxian Probe for the win.
It's pretty damn banned, but I guarantee that you won't see a $10 deck win on turn three more consistently than that.
