@ wolfbear2 - How often does red hold cards in hand (barring DD)? Red's usual playstyle revolves around emptying your hand as quickly as possible...with no cards, there's no mana tapped.

3 card combo, not that easy to do but with goblin tribal it isnt that far fetched
Ben-ben + Mogg Maniac + Furnace of Rath turns your 5 mountains into 20 damage. owch

Nah. He costs too much to play and is very low P/T. And his ability is only attacking creatures and untapped mountains. So you have to hold back that many mountains to stop a creature from attacking. If it were target creature or just plain mountains, he would be a beast, but hes just too restricted.
