So my friend and I were disputing this: can rally the righteous be played on a creature that is already untapped to achieve the bonus of +2/+0? I don't think it can but he says it doesn't matter.

I don't think that the question is whether or not this could be cast targeting an untapped creature. The wording implies that only creatures that are untapped by Rally the Righteous should receive +2/+0. The dispute comes in with the words, "Those Creatures." So the question I have is this: Who receives +2/+0? -The creatures affected by Rally the Righteous's "Radience," or the creatures untapped by it?

@Kenogari_Yuki: All creatures radianced by this get the +2/+0, irregardless of if that creature was untapped by this or not.
