Belz, do you understand when something is strictly better? It's when it is better in every conceivable situation, excluding the mindslaver effect. If you have one life, this is your hand, you have no board position except two untapped plains, and you opponent swings with a 1/1 for the win, this is better. That is all.

Still waiting for a simple "Fog, Draw a card." for like 3-4 mana. That would be slightly broken. But in a good way.
