It's a sad day when I see a card being hated on for being a solid version of an extremely broken card. No, it's not Library of Alexandria, and it shouldn't be. Ever.

This is more vulnerable and more mana intensive than the library, but for what it's worth this works better with spellbook or reliquary tower since you can keep drawing with 8+ cards in hand.

I hate to do this, but I must compare this with the Library...
Library: land, Cannot be easily destroyed; free to play; free to use, adds mana, Costs about 300 bucks
This: Artifact, still difficult to destroy, but not as hard as a land; costs two to play; costs 2 to use; costs like 50 cents
unless your on a super tight budget, this card is not for you, Even crystal ball is better, and that's an uncommon
