I'd put Vile rebirth or Beckon Apparition on it, free defense every turn, or Cremate, a draw spell that exiles a card in a grave yard, take that sign in blood!!!!

Pretty sure having a "complete lock" centered around Silence is a terrible idea, since people can just cast spells right as it's played and they'll still work just fine. Hell, you could play a copy of Silence and they could just respond with Naturalize and there goes the complete lock.
