Pure fan service throwing her in Innistrad, but unlike Tibalt, she actually does useful stuff. Very good for a blue/white control deck. Saves you a lot of hassle.

Doesn't Rest in Peace annihilate her ultimate, assuming it ever gets onto the field vs control, or manages to stay there. Exiling cards that would go to the GY! Doesn't help with the no maximum hand size though. Great PW

Tamiyo Emblem
Omniscience
Leyline of Anticipation
Pull from Eternity in hand
Death Wish in hand
Angel's Grace in hand
Time Stop in hand or Counterspell of choice
Lifegain card in hand (if not winning this turn)
Not only is everything infinitely castable, but you can cast anything in Magic.
So let's review, you can counter anything with Time Stop, even things that normally couldn't; you cannot be killed because of Angel's Grace; and to top it all off you can grab any number of cards from outside the game (Pull from eternity will keep Death Wish coming back). And everything casts at instant speed, just in case.
