The Johnny in me kept trying to think of ways to make the suspend useful, but every strategy was kinda convoluted and just made me wonder why to use this over Shivan Dragon.

After suspending it, drop a Deep-Sea Kraken.

Use Jhoira of the Ghitu's ability twice, once for this guy and once for Deep-Sea Kraken. Then let your opponent think.
