The only card I can think of that effectivly prevents loss of life (not damage).

Turn 2, Children of Korlis, attack with reaper, sac children - potentially a 20-life swing.

While very easy to kill, makes a great Splinter Twin. Add Lightning Greaves, mayhaps.
