Mwahahaha! This is totally perfect for my mono white wall/gain-life deck that combos with a playset of felidir soverign as a win condition. Two drop wall i give protection from chose color with flickering light for 1 additional mana, and i can even bounce that enchantment from my weeny wall right onto felidir after I play it when i have 40 or more life to win the game on my upkeep. I wanted to run this along with Isochron Scepter (imprinted with False Cure) to hilariously heal->burn my opponent for more and more damage each turn, but then I realized I wouldn't be able to get the spell off before paying the life-gaining upkeep upkeep T__T

I don't think Rain of Gore would work. RoG says "If a spell or ability would cause ITS CONTROLLER to gain life, that player loses that much life instead." You're the one controlling the wall and therefore its ability, so your card providing lifegain to an opponent wouldn't be affected.
