If you're not running blue, the bounce is incredible. What else do you have to deal with indestructible cards? Puncture Blast? And if you don't want to pay 3, put it on a stick.

The sheer strangeness of this block is part of why it's my favorite after the two Ravnica ones. Not the sort of card I'd run in my Izzet deck, but still has quite a bit of potential.

Take each half and stand it alone and its an underpowered card. Put them together and you have a nice little common.
