Yet another card that is easy to break, and almost always sucks if you dont. I never quite understood why wizards makes cards that are obviously sucky or obviously overpowered, forget both!

This is definitely a cute mechanic, I do like the idea of using Floodgate to drown the board in a sea of forests while I hide behind the Elephant Grass.
It's a pity Wizards never printed a Magical Hack type effect for permanent type words and/or creature abilities.
Whim of Volrath is strictly better.
darkfury, powerdude: This won't work on Iona, shield of emeria as there are no color/land words on that card, for Mind Bend to change.

Ran this in a mono-blue deck to combo with Chill, Douse and the like. I had it in my hand once when my opponent played Boil against me. That sorta backfired on him.
EDIT: Aw dang, I never noticed that before. I was familiar with Magical Hack and Sleight of Mind, so...well, you know what they say about assuming. Thanks for pointing that out, I feel stupid now.

Could it be used to make a card that says "Draw a card" to "Draw target card"? If so, would you keep drawing cards into your hand until you got desired card, or would you merely search your library for the card?
I know what the effect does, but there's so many possibilities you can do with even a single word change.

Don't forget, you can change the border color of cards to silver. Keep this in mind if you play Un set cards.

Suddenly Lifeforce, Deathgrip, Lifetap, Living Lands and so forth get a bit more playability. Huh, I wonder if anyone would combo this with Isochron Scepter?

@Jedibryan: Snow isn't a color. You can't use this to change a color word to snow or vice versa.
