In design, the token has haste.
What could have been... ):

Angelicarbiter, that woudn't work. The person who cast the spell is the one who has to pay the 4R.
Really works in a UR with Hive Mind, assuming nobody else can pay the cost.

It's more that 'pseudo' haste or flash because you can play it after using your mana to drop a creature, swing and appearing defenceless. I'd much rather seea 3/3 token for a 4CMC pact - that way you could rely on it being the end note of a high tempo attack... 5CMC means it is too likely to end up being a third rate defensive trick.

Turn 1: Plains, Pact of Titan x 4
Turn 2: Angel's Grace, Mountain, Assault Strobe
Swing for 20.
Granted, you need a lucky hand, and a mountain as your first draw, but any smaller variation is still pretty intimidating. As long as you have the plains and Angel's Grace, you can still start with anywhere from 1 to 4 Giants to flaunt.

Seems like a good spell. Tap out for something, they swing, cast this for free and slay their attacker in combat, then pay 5 next turn.
