i hate this card i was in a modern tournment in the final round and i'd killed every deck i went up against with my infect and then i faced a faerie deck first round this came out and i lost i won the second game on turn two gournd swell growndswelll glisner elf mutengenic growth. then i was on turn five and about to cast overwhleming stampead he cast mistbound clich i had to pass the turn he played this generated an army of feries that was boosted when he played glen eldra leige. he then perceded to mall me to death with an army of 3/3 flying blue black ferie rouges. Feries so dominated loyn, shadowmoor, morning tide ,eventide standard why wizards why?

Best general ever - Powerful and tough enough to be able to deal with a lot of creatures, great token producer with a bit of luck & almost unstoppable if you go infinite mana with her. Plus the art is just crazy nice, and... it´s a fae...

But it´s funny... When I join "casual" EDH games, I always get confronted with mass ramping, titans and fatties of all kinds, but as soon as I go infinite with my Oona - weenie 1/1 faeries - EDH deck (even in a normal/competetive EDH game!), everyone starts to get whiney and I get kicked. While the host probably plays something like Heartless Hidetsugu + Lifelink, or Doubling Season + Planeswalkers himself, which of course, is totally ok and still "funneh"... lol

IMO, the term "casual EDH" is actually totally misleading, since it absolutely doesn´t have anything to do with a laid-back playing style, instead it rather should get called "any deck which can´t beat mine", or "format for hypocrites" would also be a fitting term.

Oona is the name of a faerie from a movie called Legend, and our Queen of the Fae is also from a Legend set :D

Eats decks alive. Too bad faeries suck... Blood boiling, faerie fanboys? Just teasing. So pretty... Anybody who doesn't like faeries is obviously either a pinko commie, or a liar. Either you like playing them, or you like laughing derisively while crunching their tiny, fragile bones. Hurricane will ruin Oona's day on the cheap. 5/5
