I prefer Death Cloud because I can make it uncounterable with Boseiju and scale it as I choose. Otherwise solid card.

No, atemu1234, if your opponent had 0 cards in hand, it would not be dividing by zero. You discard 1/3 of the cards in your hand, so it would be 0/3 = 0 cards discarded.
And anyway in most decks Pox and Smallpox will generally be far superior to Death Cloud since you get more bang for your mana in the earlygame and midgame, which is where pox effects really hurt your opponent the most (hence the mono-B pox deck mantra, "Pox Early, Pox Often, Pox Hard").
