I would go for +2/0 and then one case of +1/+1. Ivy Elemental scales better if you do the +2/0, +0/2 method, even though the colors are different.

1.5/5 for being strange and outdated.

This shouldn't be a zombie. Frankenstein's monster was definitely a living creature, at least in the book. They even allude to the possibility that if Frankenstein gave the monster a mate, like he almost did, they would breed and create more monsters. That doesn't seem like a fitting characteristic for the undead. I think Frankenstein's Monster should rather be a Human Horror.
