Finally, a use for all those stupid Sweep cards from Saviors of Kamigawa. Besides that, it's often not that hard to plan your land drops, so this can be a nice boost.

Kor Duelists best friend.

Assuming you build a deck around them. I did. It makes me a happy panda when I kill people turn 3.

T1: Plains, Kor Duelist.
T2: Forest or Sunpetal Grove, Adventuring Gear, Equip.
T3: -basic land-, attack, use Harrow, and Groundswell.
11 Double Strike.

All theoretical draw, of course.

On its own, it seems like a conditional pump equipment. It's conditional, so it can be either really good or really bad, depending on the situation. If one manages to play a land each turn, the creature can maintain a +2/+2 on one's turn. If that isn't the case, however, the creature wouldn't get any bonuses. However, due to the fact that it really only costs 1 to equip after you've played it, it wouldn't hurt that much to use it, unless one has a really strict mana curve or have already planned another combo out.
In a ramp deck, I can see this being extremely useful. Considering how early this can can be brought out and how easily it can be equipped. Cards like Cultivate, Explosive Vegetation, can really pump up the creature for the turn for such a low cost.
In an equipment/metalcraft deck, which I often see built from the Mirrodin blocks, this would also do very well. Even without the landfall ever triggering, it can help enable abilities o... (see all)

Beautiful synergy with Explorer's Scope. And if you were running landfall creatures anyway, this just sweetens the deal.

Good in the right type of deck. Turns your harrow into an instant speed +4/+4. Possible +6/+6 if you also hit your land drop.
