Saprazzan Heir looks truly irresistible today.
Just hope your opponent doesn't disagree and gets rid of her in response (to make this spell fizzle), thus making it a 2-for-1 situation for him.

It's sitations like these where I think it would be interesting to have cantrips that grant the extra card for sure once they are cast, instead of after they resolved.

"When you cast ~, draw a card the next time the stack is empty."

If that's too long, it could be flavorfully keyworded if needed. Which in turn would allow interacting with this effect.
