anyone else notice how this card says "draw x cards"? Psychosis Crawler and Grand Architect and can win pretty easily. And with how much blue caters to finding artifacts it would be easy to pull off the combo.

Basalt Monolith/Power Artifact with Aladdin's Lamp turns it from a "scry every turn" into "tutor every turn" plus, with that infinite combo, the amount of colorless mana you spend quickly can be answered with "who cares"

I think crystal ball outclasses this card. 10 mana is very steep for repeatable "scry" X.

sure, this card can combo with other cards to be somewhat useful. Likely not the original intention of MTG. Taken on its own merits, at that mana cost, this card is a useless piece of slag.

Just a brilliant card. Yes, it's ridiculously costed, but that's not a bug, it's a feature (see Animate Artifact, Tinker, etc)
And the flavour.
I mean, if you're not building at least one deck around a card like this, why even play Magic?

This should honestly cost 0. If you want to have a choice of what to draw, you're paying 2 or 3 per turn just to activate the ability. Compare that to Sylvan Library or Sensei's Divining Top. So even with a casting cost of 0 this isn't that good.
