Good because it's colorless removal that actually does something, as opposed to Moonglove Extract.

With Willbender you could exile two creatures. for the cost of 5, and still have Brittle Effigy to exile a third

-Pros
-It gives any color including green and blue colorless removal.
-Its a one drop
-When its on the field your opponents might not drop there important creatures, it could stall them for a while. Tempo and time is a very good thing to have in magic, and you get this for 1 mana.
-Can take out almost any creature, including indestructible. Only thing that stops this is shroud. Could be a good sideboard option for any deck in case you run up against lets say Palace Guard Indestructibility combo or something similar.
-Is an artifact an easily tutor able with things like Fabricate. Also in an artifact deck the one drop factor helps allot, as this easily adds to your artifact count.
-Cons
-Costs 4 to activate. Personally i think 4 is more then fair for a colorless exile effect. Compare with Ghostfire
-You have to exile it as part of the activation cost. I Believe this also makes it fair and flavorful, ot... (see all)

This card also has a mental effect on the opponent, knowing that each turn makes it that much more important to have to deal with.
