-3: Draw three cards. At end of turn, discard your hand.
-20: Search your library for any number of artifact, enchantment and/or creature cards and exile them. You get an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a card exiled by a card named Urza, Planeswalker into play."

Being an instant does not make this a mythic, methinks. Banefire and Demonfire do the same thing a turn sooner, even if they are sorceries. Also, they're slightly more versatile by having x in their costs, so what makes this mythic? I disapprove.
