@Kryptnyt and anyone else who didn't know yet:
She isn't black. She's colorless. All transformed cards are colorless, and have a converted mana cost of 0. The way they subtly put that out there is the fact that they do not say (Unholy Fiend is Black) on the card. A card's color(s) are indicated by their mana costs, or text they may have. Such as Transguild Courier, who costs 4 colorless mana, but is all colors at all times due to its text. However in all transformed card's cases, no mana, no text saying otherwise.
On another note, this thing is a great, early bomb in white. I do love the flavor and artwork of the card. I just lawl at how hard a single ratchet bomb will wreck almost every Innistrad deck I've seen, without charge counters.

Wish it cost 1 white to cast and cost you 2 life every turn when it flipped, kinda like an easier to transform insectile abberration with a draw back

Fun card, great to have 3/3 for 2 CMC with a minor drawback, made especially minor in life-gaining white. Wondering if it can work reasonably with Gift of Orzhova.
