Combos with mana dorks and Deadeye Navigator for infinite mana. Add Lobber Crew for infinite damage as well. Did I mention it's in standard?

Great combat trick. Amazing combo piece in constructed. The only red removal spell in standard that can kill it is mizzum mortars. I think this card is a home run. Works well with cloudshift & other cards which i'm keeping secret for a special brew.

5/5

Pair with Burn at the Stake for massive damage and free blockers for your crippled opponent's next combat phase.

A nice combat trick with Champion of the Parish untap and a +1/+1 counter with Flash!

Did nobody else get the flavour text reference?

@Travis_Eightbit

I know I'm a bit late in responding to your question, but no, I don't believe you can use this or any other instant-speed card or ability to wring more taps out of your creatures to pay for Burn at the Stake. Refer to that card's rulings to find a note reminding us that nobody can respond to a card before its cost is paid in full. Though the example it gives there is of opponents trying to tap your creatures after the spell has been announced but before its cost has been paid, the same is true for you as you cast it. Similarly, you can't tap creatures and leave their taps as a floating resource like you can do with mana, so you only have one moment in which you can tap creatures to pay for Burn at the Stake, and no other cards or abilities can be used in the middle of that moment. There's no point at which you can cast Village Bell-Ringer or other untap spells that will let you double-up on your creatures to pay its cost.
