This land is absolutely ridiculous. I went 1-2 at the prerelease against the guy who pulled this, and loses were because he drew this thing and the win was when he didn't. Since I didn't have my first strikers or any removal in hand, it steamrolled me.

Man, I'm glad we got Ghost Quarter back.

The most annoying land ever conceived

This is the reason why everyone in standard should be playing 4 Ghost Quarters

Oh you have a bad deck? Throw in a Kessig Wolf Run. Now you have a good deck.

Too powerful, honestly.

Rules question: Is this a green and red ability for this land? I think that this is a land ability and doesn't have a color associated with it. In other words, if you have a vulshok refugee on the field, he is a legal target for this ability, right?

Foil cards have the same artwork, it's just shiny and rarer...

But yeah this is a fine land. Good mana sink and it does provide some targeting if it's needed.
