the best target by far for this card, is in my opinion: Bladewing the Risen when playing EDH.
1. Control your own Bladewing the Risen first.
2. Praetor's Grasp or Grim Return or this to get your opponent's Bladewing.
3. Scourge of Valkas for the win.

4 star spell (and maybe I underrated it still), bravo, and wow Red is getting a wonderful variety boost of spells more notably found in blue and black.
For play in its standard format this could easily approach a 5 star play for red.

Amazing in limited, it is interesting to note that in a pinch you can also use it to give one of your own creatures trample until end of turn.

Epic combo with Fling
By Fling I mean the opponent flings the table across the room when his own It That Betrays tramples him, steals two more of his permanents, and then is "given" back to him... for 11 damage.
