I would say that it's not broken yet, but that's a tautological statement that's true for all cards. Given the nature of this card's effect, the only way it would be playable would be if it was broken. And it's (currently) not.
Also, sucks that this got reprinted instead of giving blue something new, or perhaps a splashy reprint of some kind. Time Warp was probably too powerful, but I would much rather have it than this. Easily one of the least exciting reprints in M12.

Leyline of Anticipation is the right way to go with this card. Actually, it's quite perfect for a {U}{R} counter-burn deck.

Yeah the only real use for this right now is in combination with Psychosis Crawler. And even then only if you want the headache of inevitably explaining to your opponent that Crawler's P/T aren't checked until the spell finishes resolving so that effects like Jace's Archivist and this don't kill it.

So mad I got this as a mythic the first time around. This is why I'm not buying any 2012. Everybody was saying how great this card was, "If you don't recognize this card's greatness you can't play Magic," etc, but now that it's reprinted people recognize jank for jank. .5

I would rather run magus of the jar and risk having it removed than giving my opponent 7 cards before I get to use my 7. Time sprial let you use all the cards you drew in that turn, time reversal let you draw into moxs and play all your cards in the same turn killing people with underworld dreams. This card is too much of a liability.

I got stuck with my second one after opening a pack today. My only hope is that they bring back stuff like Underworld Dreams (or a functional equivalent) so cards like this are actually somewhat useful in the current blocks.
