It's so hard not to have these good charms be 4-ofs in any relevant deck. Amazing versatility, and highly skill-rewarding.

Even as a four-of, I still include 3 Faithless Looting, because that effect is just bonkers.

I run 3 in my UR Delver deck because they're like my Faithless Looting and Pillar of Flame #5-7. It also happens to be the only counterspell in my deck, its been able to stop a Vraska from entering the field and a lot of other things. I give it 5/5 (which I rarely do) because it does exactly what its colors want from it at its CMC, but also isn't stupidly powerful by itself.

the worst thing about this charm is that you must choose only one option. other charms don't have all three so playable posibilities.

Personally, I think the damage option could've been a little stronger, but other than that it's a really solid spell.

Favorite guild, favorite charm, favorite color combo, oh; it's extremely versatile....almost too versatile. 5/5

Removal, counterspell, and card filtering in one. Very, very powerful. Useful at all stages of the game.

People don't seem to understand the versatility of this card. Sure there are better options for one of the modes but it has THREE modes. It is never a dead draw and it always has an application. It's easily one of the best charms and that's shown by how much standard play it sees.

@Edgarallanpoe: I'd rather have all three in one card. And that's what this is.

I'm a big fan of this card! If you're playing a slower deck, I've found this is one of the most useful cards to have in your opening hand. This will probably kill anything summoned within the first few turns, and you're almost guaranteed whoever you're playing can't pay the 2 if you counter a spell at this point. It also ensures you aren't stuck with expensive spells early on by letting you filter for something playable. I've had reason to use all three options early on, and nothing says card advantage like versatility. This charm shines brightest early on, but even if you draw it late game, it's still useful for knocking out utility creatures.

While you're racing your opponent to establish a mana base and get some board control, this will almost always set him back a turn behind you. Great card!

Lots of flexibility. A solid card overall, although it isn't necessarily as powerful as some of the other charms such as Boros Charm.

4/5

With so many twos (2s, or {2} respectively) in text I kinda expected it to be "Choose two".
