@TheDrifter
Are you saying this is better or worse than Putrefy?

Putrefy may hit more creatures, but this is not only one less colored mana in it's cost, but also mono-colored. So there really is no comparison. Both fill two different roles.

Commander Review: another "average" card. Flyers are quite popular in Commander, with people often beeing fan of dragon Commanders, and artifacts that you want to kill are there often too. I myself wouldn't add it to my decks, since I prefer such spells to at least cantrip, or be even more versatile, but for a generic Commander deck it's no bad card.

Playable as a sideboard card against UW Delver? It's kinda like a green instant-speed Oblivion Ring against them.

Not particularly impressive, but it could definitely show up in some sideboards considering the current metagame.

Almost a mono-green Charm, but one mana more for one less option.

@ Lord_of_the_Real - Garruk, unaware that the veil's curse has driven him insane, threatens an owl that he thinks is Liliana in disguise. Ironically, the owl's name happens to be Liliana Vess, and like all animals it understands Garruk's words. While attempting to flee, it gets tangled in a vine.

That much is obvious from the art and flavour text.

What you really should be wondering is: where does the artifact come into it?
