this card, Sunforger and Mistveil Plains along with something that makes Sunforger easier to equip like Puresteel Paladin is pretty much GG.

Half of the time, the game is decided by either casting this on your opponent's turn to stop their plans, or casting it at the beginning of your own so you can combo off...so awesome.

Wow, this card is actually better than Time Walk in many circumstances.
1) it can stop the other guy from playing in your turn.
2) it only costs 1 CMC much of the time rather than 2.
Of course Time Walk is much more broken because they don't get their draw and untap, but still. This card is basically as close as you can get to Time Walk for a low cost without being dumb. This card is bonkers.

If Chant is so similar to Silence, Orim must be a mute. Also, Grand Abolisher and Isochron Scepter.
