Creatures you control should never get +1/+1 to this effect.

@MajinLoneWolf

If I'm interpreting what you're saying correctly, then it would kinda depend on how you were wording your steps.

If you declared attackers, then responded to her triggered ability with Savage Surge, then the triggered ability is placed on the stack just like anything else with Savage Surge on top of it. If you started declaring the power/toughness boost THEN played Savage Surge, then you've allowed your ability to resolve without responding to it on the stack.

The fact that you said here that you were responding to the triggered ability leads me to believe that you said it the right way.

@Augthail

Yeah I attempted to react at the appropriate time. I don't know if he thought it was attack then tap/tap to attack versus declare attackers, tap, triggered abilities. Or if he thought I couldn't respond to my own trigger because normally there isn't a stack at the declare attackers phase.

I let it slide at the time, as I was in control of the game and ended up winning in short order. But I wanted vindication, and to ensure that I was playing correctly for future FNMs.

Runs beautifully right next to Mirror Entity. Basically doubles the effect. Make them all, say, 4/4s with Mirror Entity and then swing, this guy makes them all 8/8s.

@ itsbov: There's actually several. Spinal Parasite is one example.

Also, really hoping that that lass is actually a midget, but after seeing Axebane Stag I'm not so confident...

@Vakyoom - I believe that's incorrect. When the first Wild Beastmaster's ability resolves, she'll give your creatures -3/-3 which will kill the rest of your Wild Beastmasters. The second Wild Beastmaster's ability will resolve, using its last known power of -2 to give your creatures -2/-2, but the other 2 Wild Beastmasters are already in your graveyard at this point and won't be further affected by this. So Wild Beastmasters number 3 and 4 will also give -2/-2 for a total of -9/-9 to all your creatures, not -17/-17. It's still probably going to wipe your creatures though.

In a deck of Bloodrush creatures including Rancor and Kessig Wolf Run, this guy could pose quite a threat.
