Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter is better than this imo, same effect, lasts indefinitely, flying and lifelink, less colours.

but imagine an atog deck... IN EDH! YEAH! haha you need like every single permanent type in abundance. prolly use double types like artifact,land, and enchantment creatures to be able to sac easier. might as well have a bunch of goyfs too

Think about his for a second. Sac everything you can to your other atogs, artifacts, turns, enchantments, etc. Then sac those atogs to Atogatog. He'd be ridiculously strong! Now you just have to give him trample somehow...
