Tricky and unpredictable, as biology can be sometimes.

Couldn't you respond to the reveal trigger with something like Sensei's Divining Top (1) and stack your flip? Correct me if I'm wrong but the shuffle and the flip triggers are two separate effects?

This is a good card. It is almost similar to when you have Djinn of Wishes with unlimited wish counters. It is pretty awesome.

"Congratulations, it's a... squid".
Random effects are always wonky. You could get that game-winning spell... and you could get another land you have no need for. At least it works well with infinite-mana combos in casual games (then again, there are better things to do with infinite mana).

This hit every time I cast it at the pre-re, but I don't imagine it will usually be that consistent.

In general I like the card. The problem is of course, that if you play blue, you probably run counterspells, and revealing one of those would be obviously not very useful. At least you are not forced to play it, so if you don't want to play it right now, but need it anyway, you can just draw it next turn.

1. Cast Leveler to kill your library.
2. Cast Wheel of Sun and Moon enchanting you.
3. Cast Unexpected Results, doing nothing.
4. Cast second Unexpected Results, drawing the game.
5. Laught maniacally

No library manipulation you say? Well not exactly =P True you can't interrupt the card's ability halfway through but you can screw with your deck beforehand. Once you have four mana in your hand and on the field cast Mana Severance and exile ALL your land. Next use Selective Memory to exile all cards in your library that aren't Unexpected Results, Progenitus, Omniscience, Emrakul, and other epic spells. Then cast An Unexpected Results and you're guarenteed something good! The nature of the deck also means that by exiling your useless draws you draw things you want. Laboratory Maniac is also a good addition in case things go bad regarding winning or deck size. This is probably a stupid idea but it makes for entertaining games

I love this card! This is a really fun card to play!

Even if you play something that's cheap, you're thinning out your deck in the process. If you get a land, it's practically a Rampant Growth, except you get the spell back and the land is untapped.
