Ok in limited, because it's removal. Crappy everywhere else. Five mana sorcery speed is far too much. Even if you get some mana back.

I find it works well when I have Obzedat on the field tham my friend is an a$$ and plays banisher priest. And, it also works when he plays doomgape. This card is sweet in all black decks focused on a few key cards to keep your opponents at bay while i place swamp mana to follow up with the corrupt sorcery 2 times. This card keeps me safe from my friends big a$$ monsters.

I remember when I first started playing MTG, I ran this solely because I thought that adding BBB to your mana pool was the same thing as giving me three free swamps. Rookie mistakes in magic are always hilarious.
