Actually, this weapon was originally in Hot Shots Part Deux way back in 1993, along with some other amusing-yet-impractical options. But that's beside the point, which is: YAY! Sharpshooter in new frame with hilarious new art!

the crosshair's for zooming in on the lice on that guy's head. You wouldn't use a weapon like that to attack a person.
The second scope is just there because goblins are creative but not very practical (see lice removal).

Goblin Sharpshooter + Splinter Twin + Goblin Bombardment = infinite damage. :D
( This untaps when another creature dies. Splinter Twin makes it so you can 
the creature you enchant and put a token that is a copy of it on the battlefield that gets exiled at the next end step, and Goblin Bombardment lets you sacrifice a creature to deal 1 damage to target creature or player. Enchant Goblin Sharpshooter with Splinter Twin. Tap it, get the token, sac with Goblin Bombardment, untap Goblin Sharpshooter, rinse and repeat. :D :D :D )

Deathtouch is the perfect partner, and it makes fine combos in casual decks, such as using Goblin Sledder/Mogg Raider to buff the Sharpshooter, while getting rid of the opponents creatures.
It's not too powerful on its own, but with Deathtouch it turns into a powerhouse.
