It seems to me that Reverberate wouldn't really work for the caster of this spell, because even if you do get a third combat phase (I'm not sure with the wording), your creatures wouldn't untap for it. Your creatures would simply untap "twice" before the second combat phase. However, it would be hilarious if an opponent casted Reverberate on this.

I run this in my Progenitus EDH. With little things out like Mirari's Wake out, this 1) gets easier to cast and 2) says "Haha, I get to kill two people."

Seems very useful in a edh deck. Exile with jeleva, swing, cast it, get to swing again and get another spell in or even kill them. Imagine swinging with jeleva, casting this, then casting someones .
