This card would still be pretty amazing even if you had to sacrifice it, but you don't, so it's just f-ing ludicrous.

Check out credit voucher. Double the activation cost, worse ability that requires sacrifice, still 3 stars. This would still be great if the activation cost was (x) for X cards.

The only way this card could be more broken is if the putting cards into your hand was a draw effect.
