Tap all your mana creatures and forests for mana, play something mental, then tap him. Then attack.

Simple. Effective. EVIL.

The ability can only be activated once per turn. Feel free to copy it with Rings of Brighthearth or Illusionist's Bracers. Also things like Quicksilver Elemental and Experiment Kraj.

Also keep in mind that "each turn" also includes your opponent's turns. Slap down a Helix Pinnacle and go nuts.
