Any white deck can run Isamaru. They will be richly rewarded for running him. He also powers up the cards that card about legends, too...

@Pipikapo: Wow. How can somebody be so stupid? Kamigawa is based on Japan. The stereotype of CHINA is that they eat dogs. If you're going to be a racist (which is already pretty stupid), at least be one of the cleverer ones and insult the right country. Some Chinese people might eat dogs but at least there are very few who are as dumb as you are.
