In my EDH deck I have numerous ways to play creatures on my opponents turn. It's good enough as is but flashing it in at the end of your opponent's turn makes it just so much better.

This card wins games in aggressive decks. When your opponent creates a board state that stabilizes against an aggressive early game, playing this both surprises them and finishes them off. Rarely does it matter that it taps your creatures too, because you can usually just play a cheap chump blocker or two after you cast this, but that also rarely matters, since I almost always win when playing this late game. 4/5.

Here's a fun little trick: Combine with Yeva to make a flashy 5/5 that taps your opponents' creatures down.

My friend runs this with silverblade paladin in his blink deck. 10 hasty damage, plus 10 more when you cloudshift in response to the echo.
