I find it hard to believe that no one has mentioned kaleidostone yet to get her out. even in a mono colored deck, just throw a few of these in and a few of the angels in, and u can get her pretty fast.
turn one= llanowar elves
turn two= kaleidostone+2nd llanowar elves
turn three= crack kaleidostone play angel
turn four= swing for five play a progenitus of something else extremely absurd
