I have this card and have used it about 1 in 6 or 7 times that I have had it in my hand. It is a card that has a limited playabitity, but so does many cards.
Under certain situations is just the card you need others it does as much to hinder your progress as it does to help.
My question is this if a creature has shroud and can not be the target of spells or abilitys is it destroyed?

This can destroy planeswalkers if you would think... I wish Damnation will be reprinted....

Austere Command kill this still.

It's probably a little bit worse than Austere Command, but who cares? It looks awesome, it has great flavor, and it's incredibly powerful. Clearly it's at its best in multiplayer/casual, where it will often remove lots of annoying things that neither Wrath of God nor Day of Judgment can.

Also, it kills planeswalkers.

About 10 mana, if Decree of Annihilation anything to go by.

That card really needs to be remade and just say "Each player exiles their hand, graveyard, and all permanents in play."

The art on this card reminds me of a nightmare I had once.

White is probably the spookiest color. After black, of course.
