This guy was one of my favorites in my WhiteBlueBlackRedGreen leveler deck, RoE + Scars STD. Trust me, lightning bolt on a stick is scary.

Needs a bit to get rolling, but Lightning Bolt on legs might be worth the 11RedRedRedRed.
