In any deck where this card is good, there will be so many superfluous counters triggering to be placed upon it.
I also don't have it like I hate the stupidly insane Seedborn Muse. It doesn't *** itself out to Blue by untapping your land.

Make some of your lands creatures and tap as many as u want for mana.
Then they untap on your opponents turn and now you have Big blockers and possibly more mana

Meekstone? Lock down your opponent's large creatures, while still being able to use your own.
