At the launch party I had him in a deck. Nobody was willing to get rid of them until he had already plicked them about 7 times, and even then he then became a reasonable blocker while I bulldozed them with my Artisan of Kozilek

The tokens are legendary too. Great sadness for all the splintertwin ideas.

Splinter Twin wouldn't work. The copy tokens get exiled, not put into the graveyard, so they wouldn't trigger the return effect.

@redcap: I don't think so. Yes, usually tokens that get sacrificed, killed, etc. trigger graveyard effects before they are exiled due to being tokens. However, Splinter Twin specifies that the token is exiled, with no in between step. If it said to sacrifice it, you would be right. Think of it this way: if a Sprouting Thrinax gets Path to Exiled, you don't get the tokens either.

Fun fact: Tuktuk means "***" in a dialect in Tagalog called Capangpangan.

Strap on an Umezawa's Jitte or a Sword of Fire and Ice, then dare your opponent to sweep the board. Very good card for multiplayer FFA where there are a lot of sweeps.

5/5, just because he gives me the opportunity to play a creature with the type Goblin Golem.

@d-101
This is a terrible card to play with Heartless Summoning. You'd have to splash black to play Heartless Summoning, which you're going to drop on turn 2, then on turn 3 you'd play Tuktuk for 1. You'd have already been able to get him out on turn 3 though without Heartless Summoning. It's not that either one of these two cards is bad, but they are bad together, because aside from Tuktuk the Returned being a 5/5, it has nothing else going for it. The best uses for this card are obviously Goblin Grenade for 5 mana, or, and I hate to say it, Skullclamp for 2 card draw and a 5/5.
