He looks like he should be doing...I don't know...something more impressive. Summoning a meteor or something with the word 'Maelstrom' involved.

How is this art not on someone more immediately threatening?

I'd point out the rare case the point of power matters that this guy and Gelectrode can't do:
Block a 2/2 and trade with it.

While it seems pretty edge case, I'd bet it comes up more than you think. Still, haste probably is better..

He's great, but as a mono-red player..
Vulshok Sorcerer is better..

I also see him as Kamahl, Pit Fighter's grandpa.. that's why he's a 0/1... lol
